We Welcome the Cascadia Daily News.
Starting about 10 p.m. this past Sunday evening, the Cascadia Daily News started appearing online at its web address. Within 15 minutes, it made for some good reading, with well over 20 articles posted. They have been promising to start on January 24 - and, by gawd, they were fully online by midnight and up at the start of Monday.
A nice surprise is that Margaret Bikman will be a weekly columnist on the local arts scene.
Executive Editor Ron Judd has worked for almost six months putting together his staff and organizing their offices in the PSE building at State and Magnolia - right in downtown Bellingham. Now it is real. Congratulations to all involved.
