Elisabeth Britt is very savvy about how our state government in Olympia runs. She worked down there for years in different capacities. A few days ago she posted up an analysis of Washington State Senator Doug Ericksen's juggling act as he tries to pretend he can do two jobs at once - 3,000 miles apart.
She also notes the state laws that come in to play - and notes that while Ericksen says he is within the law, he has not released his work schedule to show that. But check out her article for the details. She has also filed a pubic disclosure request with the state for Ericksen's attendance record.
