Our rural Whatcom County residents are being denied the right to have water for new homes, and this in a county that has no idea how much water it has, but has a lot.

Riley Sweeney here. I was stumbling through the Whatcom Excavator, a conservative waterhole for Whatcom County anti-environmentalism (imagine Jack Petree, but less coherent. Then keep going . . .) and I found this horrifying blog post punctuated by perhaps the most hilarious flowchart I have ever seen.
As you know, I'm a bit of a graph snob, so there was no way I was going to pass up an opportunity like this. I posted a response on my blog, The Political Junkie.
