The Political Junkie is now a married man
Permalink +Tue, Jun 28, 2011, 5:16 pm // Riley Sweeney
This last Saturday, June 25th, Bryna and I finally tied the knot. It was a beautiful sunny day, we erected a giant maypole and spoke our vows. We took a brief honeymoon at Long Beach, WA and now are working on thank you cards. I'll get back to blogging in a week or so, I have some news about the County Council races and a brand-new feature for this blog. But all that can wait. For now, here is a picture of us on our wedding day.

Congrats to you and your bride!
I remember a piece you wrote awhile back about marriage, and the the not so positive feedback you recieved. I want to “endose” your decision to commit to a life partner, and wish you both all the best. As a person who has experienced a failed marriage and then gone on to a 29 year {so far} marriage, I believe having a life partner makes for a more “full” life experience. We know what the end is, so it’s all about the journey with the best you hook up with! Family and friends. Best Wishes
